This week we have being working on our NZ poet study. So we have to pick a poet then write about them and two of their poems this is some of my work. I hope you like it bye.

today we did the production but with costumes. when the day started we did the roll and other stuff we needed to do, next we got into our costumes which I was a wal like nearly everyone in the class. we were preforming to the kindergarten kids and some people’s grandparents and some parents. I was kind of nervous at first but after a while it was fine. we sang at the start, in the middle and the end and when everyone left I felt happy. And that’s all that happened bye.

today was international Samoa day, when we started the day we did the roll and other stuff in the morning, then we went to the hall for the people who were coming to proform for our school when they started to dance it looked so cool  but it only lasted 15 minutes well it probably more but that’s what it filed like it was really fun to know how samoa people dance and stuff.

This term we are doing our reports, we have to write at least half a paragraph for each one. In my opinion reading is the hardest one because we don’t do a lot of reading. We have to add links about four things, shape posters 2D or 3D, persuasive writing, art work example and tech photos. these are very important to the teachers so we spend at least 30-60 minutes each day. And I think i’m nearly done with my report, bye.

This week we’re having a writing comp their are different themes for different ages year 1’s have to do it on pirates and stuff like that. I forgot what everyone else had to do. but we had to do it about a castle or another plant so yeah hope I win and I might put it on my blog.

Soon we are having the production. My class is doing it on foot rot flats, and guess what four of the mane charters are from our class.  this production is about a kid from Australia who goes to new Zealand to find out his past. It starts off with year one all the way to year six then it goes to year eight and then year seven or it’s the other way round I don’t know. but I don’t want to spoil any thing else so yeah can’t tell you any more.

I learnt how to

This is one of the candles me and my class made, this one is not my one because my one is in Mrs bates room on the wall. when we made them we had to draw the line,

popcorn is our new class axolotl, she is super yellow like super duper yellow, popcorn is really small but is really energetic she swims around her tank or walks on the floor. She has a 45 cm tank and shes like 10 cm long, she has lots of rocks and a few vines pinned to the bottom so they don’t float to the top. Last term we did some research on axolotls so whaeu Sarah got as popcorn, we named her popcorn because we did a vote this morning and popcorn won. So hope you like popcorn.

As we left the school the booming music of the speakers echoed through the bus 20 minutes later we finally arrive at the lake, after the safety briefing we got in are groups and the first activity was paddle boarding it was fun because I fall in at least 12 times and it was really fun. the next activity was safety, it was fun and boring, we did  stuff on and under the bout and talked about safety stuff it was cool. The next activity was sailing I went with Jahn we start off horrible in the middle of the sailing Sam tried to caps eye us and our bout full up with water but in the end we are okay and we went to land had lunch thanked some people and went back to school.
